Excelerator

The Excelerator course is for the inventor who is ready and driven to bring an idea to market as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Meeting of the course will be every other Saturday 8:30 am to 12:30 p.m. on scheduled dates

Brian reviews product ideas, concepts, and possible changes.

He goes through and explains the intellectual property process (patents and protecting your idea trademarks, copyrights, domain names, bar code, QR code, advertisements, etc.).

Brian will oversee prototyping, packaging, sourcing, manufacture, production, and subcontracts.

Brian will explain in-depth how to use trade shows and the steps to get your product to the market of consumer retails and industrial B2B trade, online e-commerce.

You will learn the secrets on how to leverage trade shows to meet the manufacturer sales reps, buyers crucial to getting into the department store, discount department stores, membership clubs value channels, QVC, HSN, distribution sales channels in various industries, online e-commerce stores, and international marketplaces.

Brian has 30 years of first-hand experience selling over a billion pieces of his inventions worldwide and will show you how to create and manage your supply chain (production, warehousing, fulfillment, shipping) to capture your product's full market potential.

He will show you how to do PO financing, LC payments, set up your accounting system for EDI PO receiving, invoicing customers, as well as tracking accounts payable, chargebacks, customer service and go through insurance coverage for product liability.

He will also show you how to market and sell to not only the U.S. but to the Chinese markets (and partially International Markets) as well. The Chinese consumer markets, in some categories, are larger than in the U.S.
