Week-By-Week System Breakdown 
Week One:
1) Attitude Vs. Mindset. Before you can be a successful entrepreneur, you need to properly develop the correct attitude and mindset, as well as know the difference between the two. This section will help you to define your own attitude and mindset for success.

2) Innovation, Entrepreneur. This section will help you to understand how innovation (the process of taking something that already exists) and entrepreneurship go hand in hand. To be a successful entrepreneur, you have to be an innovative entrepreneur.

3) Types of Entrepreneurs. Entrepreneur is not simply a blanket term! There are many different types of entrepreneurs with many different skills and niches. Learn about the most common types with Octagon.

4) Mad Enough To Be An Entrepreneur? We're taught from a young age that to be successful means to get a good job. So does that mean if we wish to be entrepreneurs we're crazy? No, it doesn't! And Octagon can explain why.

5) Youngster Entrepreneurs. Another myth about entrepreneurship is that you have to be an adult to succeed as one. This section takes a deep dive into entrepreneurs that started their businesses at a young age.

6) Social Media Entrepreneurs. Probably the most common type of entrepreneur in this modern landscape, social media entrepreneurs are changing the way we buy things and changing the way people do business.
Week Two:

1) Small, Simple Innovations. Being a successful business owner doesn't take a grand innovation. In fact, some of the best entrepreneurs made their businesses off of a small simple idea. 

2) Demands of the Market. Before you can succeed, you need to know the demands of the market you're going to try and sell to. This section of Octagon will teach you how to gather your own market research and help you to learn how to capitalize on it.

3) Niche & Confidence in Your Innovation. This section backpacks on the previous. Once you've done some market research, you can begin to focus your idea on a specific niche and once you've got your niche, you need to learn how to be confident within your innovation and niche.

4) Brands and Branding. Branding can literally make or break a business! Aside from market research, good branding is one of the most important things for any entrepreneur. We will go over this in great detail.

5) Outsourcing Your Operation. LLet's face it, running a business is expensive, especially in the US. But what if you could send some of the more costly or time-consuming tasks to someone or somewhere else without breaking the bank? This section will show you how to do just that.

6) Be Online and Be Offline. To be successful, you not only need to know how to market your innovation online, but offline as well. Using Octagon, you can learn how to attack both fronts and maximize your success.
Week Three: 

1) Crowdfunding. A successful entrepreneurship needs capital to get going. Here you can learn about the newest and most popular form of raising capital, crowdfunding. We'll take a deep dive into what it takes, what it means, and where to do it.

2) Online Flea Markets. You may think of Flea Markets as those crowded parking lots full of independent vendors, but these days Flea Markets have moved into the online space with sites like Amazon, Etsy, and eBay.

3) OEM & ODM. If you don't know these acronyms, don't worry... you will. Octagon explains what OEM and ODM mean, as well as how to negotiate your own manufacturing.

4) White Label/Private Label. One of the greatest tools in any entrepreneur's toolkit. We'll show you how to leverage both white label and private label in your business with little cost.
Week Four:

1) Protect Your IP and Trade Names. Every single entrepreneur will have some variation of intellectual property that needs to be protected. In Octagon, you will learn how to register your IP and how to keep it safe from others.

2) LLC and the Legal System. LLCs are probably the most popular form of business incorporation in the US. You'll learn how to register an LLC as well as any other legal hurdles you may face.

3) B2C. This is the acronym that stands for "Business to Consumer". If you're an entrepreneur that sells directly to the consumer, you're a B2C business. This area will tell you everything you need to know for operating as a B2C.

4) B2B. Opposite of B2C is B2B, which is a "Business to Business" relationship. If you as an entrepreneur are planning on selling products or services to other businesses, this is you.

5) Physical Arena. In this section we will dive deep into the world of physical products. We will cover everything you may need to know if you're planning on entering the physical arena.

6) Digital Atmosphere. If your business is going to be based on digital products (such as software) or info products such as e-books or e-learning, this section will particularly interest you.
Week Five:

1) Social Media Pandemic. This section is all about how social media has changed the landscape for anyone looking to sell anything. We will take a close look at how social media has changed the world and how you can leverage it to your benefit.

2) E-Commerce Niches. In a previous week, we talk about niches. This section takes it further and focuses on E-Commerce specifically.

3) Platforms. As an entrepreneur, there are many platforms you can use to run your business and reach your customers. We will go through the most common platforms in general here.

4) Online Stores. This is an overview section on places that people go online to buy things. We will go through the most prominent later in this week.

5) Amazon. If you've got a computer with an internet connection and have ever bought anything online, chances are you've heard of Amazon and have most likely used it. Here we will cover the ins and outs of using Amazon for your business.

6) .com Retailers. This will provide an overview of the .com business world in general, including a history of the famed .com bubble that happened in the 90's.

7) Shopify. One of the largest e-commerce platforms in the world, Shopify host many of the world's most famous brands. We will show you what it takes to run your own Shopify store.

8) Woocommerce. Woocommerce is owned by WordPress. This is another of the most prolific e-commerce platforms with many features not offered by other platforms.

9) Video Games. A very specific niche for an entrepreneur, but also a very lucrative one. This section will feature specifics and details only found in the world of video games.

10) Print on Demand. This section will feature prominently for any entrepreneur seeking to offer custom books and merchandise to their customers with minimal startup capital.
Week Six:

1) Manufacturing and Production. This section will cover anything and everything you need to know if your business idea requires manufacturing and production.

2) Sales and Marketing. Often one of the areas that entrepreneurs overlook, but also one of the most important areas. Octagon will help you learn everything you need to know to have successful sales and marketing plans.

3) Aliexpress. Based out of China, Aliexpress is the streamlined variation of Alibaba, one of the biggest online retail platforms in the world. Octagon will show you what you need to know when supplying from Aliexpress.

4) Alibaba. Alibaba is not just a HUGE retail e-commerce outlet. It is also a great platform to network with manufacturers and suppliers in China.

1) Lifestyles of Entrepreneurs. So you think being an entrepreneur is going to be easy? Think again. This section will stress the importance of maintaining proper work/life balance for a healthy entrepreneur.

2) Working Styles of Entrepreneurs. Entrepreneurs work harder than many others. This section deals with some of the work habits that help entrepreneurs to be successful.

3) Global Markets. This section will help you learn how to build your business into a global empire.

4) Be a Millionaire. This is the goal of many entrepreneurs. Don't deny it!

5) Dream BIG. After you've become successful, what's next? Now is the time to set your sights even higher and expand your success.

6) Look Around Again. You've successfully innovated. You've made it. But how can you improve your innovations to keep up with the changing economy?
Week Eight/Bonus:

1) Can You Handle the Money? As with anything, when you have too much money, you need to know what to do with it.

2) Your Throne. This is of course not referring to an actual throne like the HBO series, but is a metaphor for your business empire. This section will talk about how to maintain your successful business.

3) Partnerships and Investments. Partnerships and investments are great ways to increase your operating capital and expand your business. Octagon will help you to successfully inject new money into your business.
